As part of our mission to love God, grow in community, and reach out with the love of Christ, we are committed to investing in the next generation of pastors, missionaries, and ministry leaders.
Our 18-month ministry residency is a part-time, support-raised position designed for men and women discerning a call to vocational ministry. We open up our lives, rhythms, and ministry experiences to help residents grow in spiritual maturity, leadership capacity, and practical ministry skills.
Residents serve alongside ministry leaders, receive intentional training, and walk in community with others who are exploring a similar path. Our desire is to see each resident assessed, equipped, and commissioned for fruitful and lasting ministry.
Residency at GCC
Start Date: July 1 each year
Application Window: November 1 – February 15
Duration: 18 months
Schedule: Part-time (approximately 25 hours/week)
Compensation: Support-raised position
